Intended learning outcomes
  1. Relevant aspects of the Public Procurement Code for the preparation of a public works tender.
  2. BIM framework in the design phase and the advantages for the tender development.
  3. Study of the Detail Design for determining, in each of the related construction activities, the needs in manpower, materials and equipment. The work will be related to the profile of the study plan chosen by the student / group.
  4. Determination, for a building project or public construction project:
    • the production costs of the activities to be considered in their implementation;
    • Costs of preparation, logistics and site activities;
    • Indirect costs attributable to the work;
    • Construction planning.
  5. As a final objective, to achieve the necessary competence to prepare a complete proposal for a construction project in competitive tender.
  6. Building Skills in Value and Risk Creation, Change Requests and Claims.
